Kelly Díaz is a Venezuelan Petroleum Engineer born in Cagua, Aragua State, on May 5, 1988. From a young age, she was raised by her maternal grandparents, who instilled in her values of responsibility, initiative, and reflection—core qualities that have shaped her personal and professional development.
During her education at “El Carmelo” School in Cagua, she excelled in mathematics and multidisciplinary activities, developing skills such as logical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making. She later graduated with honors in Petroleum Engineering, building a strong technical foundation that enabled her to take on high-responsibility roles in the energy industry.
With over five years of professional experience in the energy field, Kelly has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, which include advanced knowledge in reservoir evaluation, asset certification, training in new technologies, and comprehensive project management.
Driven by her commitment to sustainable development and energy security, she decided to venture into the United States by founding Zion LLC, a company dedicated to providing specialized services that support the country’s energy independence, foster technological innovation, and create employment and training opportunities for American professionals.
